Job Description

onThe Business Development Representative role comes with incredible future growth opportunities with stock options. The immediate focus of the sales position will be to leverage your skills, hard work, results orientation and network combined with significant marketing support and tools like ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Apollo and a skilled internal marketing team who will help to drive growth with a heavy emphasis on adding new clients.

The three core markets for expansion include:

Direct to Business – Help companies with large teams (salespeople, medical assistants, call centers) unlock their workforce’s potential. This market accounts for 50% of our revenue

Reseller Channel – Partner with firms (such as sales training and recruiting companies) to enhance their services by leveraging our software, enabling them to upcharge and provide higher value. This market accounts for 25% of our revenue.

Strategic Partners – Work with companies like Perceptyx, BetterUp, and innovative GenAI startups who can use our platform as their “source of truth” for human behavior. This space could explode into a major driver of our business, with acquisition potential on the horizon.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients, resellers, and strategic partners using tools like HubSpot and drip marketing campaigns.
  • Develop Relationships: Schedule and conduct appointments, build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Close Deals: Drive deals to the finish line and manage your pipeline with precision.
  • Expand Our Impact: Work with our existing client base to maximize their value.
  • Drive Future Growth: Lay the groundwork for scaling our reseller and strategic partner channels.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The excitement of a 1099 role in the first year, with the potential for future ownership and leadership.
  • A base salary of $50-60K, plus heavily commission-based earnings targeting $150-175K.
  • Commissions are 30% of the first year revenue AND 10% for the life of the client after the first
