We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for business development, lead generation and the startup ecosystem to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities:

1. Take a lead role in the management and operational delivery of outbound activity across multiple LinkedIn accounts (target 500 leads in final month of probation).

2. Perform analysis of outreach results against key performance indicators, using this data to refine and improve performance month on month.

3. Receive comprehensive training around LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager to develop lead generation skillset. Attend online webinars and LinkedIn training sessions to ensure best-in-practice standards are being adhered to at all times.

4. Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to review future ideas and solutions.

5. Work closely with the sales team to listen and study the sales calls across the Advisor and Startup teams respectively. Join sales team training calls to align outreach efforts with sales.

6. Maintain and nurture current customer lists across LinkedIn, including updating prospect and customer exclusion lists on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ of experience in related sales, business development or marketing role
  • Strong communication and time management skills
