In this pivotal position, you will identify new opportunities, foster strong relationships, and strategically expand our reach into emerging markets and innovative applications. By networking, building partnerships, and crafting strategic sales plans, you will be a cornerstone of the company’s growth efforts. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, requiring you to take full ownership of your work, while employing strategic thinking, lateral approaches, and creative problem-solving to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential growth areas within the technology landscape in Thailand
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to introduce our services and solutions
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership , sales and Marketing teams to design and execute local sales strategies, tailored to the Thai market
- Technology Advocacy: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and effectively communicate their value to clients
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business opportunities
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to refine strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related, target driven role, preferably in the technology sector
- Strong passion for technology; Robotics, AI, ML, VP and an understanding of their application in various industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities

Interview Process:
Interviews at Mo-Sys are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a three stage process. The leadership team will be in Thailand 6th to 11th of January 2025, our hope is for them to meet our shortlisted candidates in person during this time.
To gain insight into your workplace behaviours and preferences, we will invite you to complete a brief Strength Indicator, this is a Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment (completed online). Discussing these results with Jurga, our Chief of Staff will help us to learn more about you as a person, and it will help you to determine whether Mo-Sys is the right fit for you – it’s a win-win!
About Mo-Sys:
We ship to broadcasters, film production, film studios and corporates in 40+ countries to a customer base including BBC, Netflix, Fox, CNN, ESPN and Sky. Mo-Sys remote heads and robotics are used on many Hollywood blockbusters including Life of Pi, Birdman, Shape of Water, Tron, Source Code and Adjustment Bureau. We have also delivered boundary-pushing technology projects in close collaboration with clients like Red Bull Air Race and the film Gravity.
