Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our Web3 security auditing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, Web3 technologies, and the critical importance of security in decentralized applications. The role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and networking skills, capable of driving business growth in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Web3 security auditing services (e.g., smart contract audits, dApp security).
  • Conduct research to identify trends in Web3/blockchain security and find potential clients (e.g., DeFi projects, NFT platforms).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Web3 stakeholders (founders, CTOs, developers) to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and communicating the benefits of our services.
  • Identify new markets and industries that could benefit from Web3 security auditing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technical capabilities with client needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in blockchain, Web3, or security.
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies (Ethereum, Solana, DeFi, smart contracts) and blockchain security challenges.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and present Web3 security solutions effectively.
  • Proven networking and relationship-building skills within the blockchain/Web3 ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
