The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of our client’s Project Management Practice. This role is designed for a sales-driven professional who thrives in pursuing new business opportunities and establishing significant market presence. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insights and an entrepreneurial mindset to this high-impact role.

Core Duties:

  • Aggressively pursue new accounts within targeted industries.
  • Expand the client’s Project Management Practice through key business development initiatives.
  • Develop and use a strong professional network to find and close high-value opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and new business targets consistently.
  • Create innovative account strategies to quickly grow market share.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuously prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

Commission opportunity

Base salary of $150,000 to $180,000

Vehicle allowance

28 days paid time off.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management consulting experience
  • MS suite experience
  • Travel around the US up to 50%
  • CRM systems experience
  • EPC revenue driving experience
  • Experience with project management sales
  • 5 Years experience in BDM services.
  • Minimum 10 years experience (Business Development) in any of the following industries: Heavy Industrial, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing, F&B
