About the role
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights to support the company’s overall business objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders, transforming data into compelling narratives that shape decision-making across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Generate Compelling Business Insights
- Create and maintain performance visualisation
- Analyse performance and trends
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior management
Shape Organisational Strategy
- Set segment and targeting
- Own the Annual Business Plan process
- Prepare and follow up on Account Specific Action Plans
- Develop business cases and identify business development opportunities
Data Management
- Maintain data to ensure its accuracy, accessibility, and reliability for analysis and decision-making
- Improve efficiency in data handling
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
