We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Solutions Architect to join our team and help us build robust BI solutions that empower our stakeholders with actionable insights.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of various stakeholders of the client like finance, marketing, product, business development, and HR.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the architecture and design of data warehouses, data marts, and BI reporting solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Enforce standards, guidelines, and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, or a related field.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database design and development.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics or a related field.
• 5+ years in roles related to BI architect, data architect or database development.
• Data base management proficiency in SQL and other similar query languages
• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Redshift, DBT).
• Certifications in BI tools or cloud platforms
• Knowledge of other data management aspects like governance, security, could ops etc
• Good to have 3+ years Experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
