The Role: Business Operations Associate, Go-To-Market
Business Operations works across all teams at Reap to drive and enable growth of the business. We lead mission critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute on strategic initiatives. You may dig into winning new market segments, design new business systems and processes to scale Reap, help us build and launch new products, or unlock new revenue opportunities. Whatever it is, we work on what will move the needle most for Reap. We care about results, not activity, and we have fun doing it. You will collaborate with Reap’s core teams to embed expertise in cards, payments and blockchain solutions. Your role involves supporting strategic deals, leading product discussions with customers, and contributing to Reap’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll focus on expanding our global presence and growing our client base across four continents.
You will:
- Identify prospective enterprise customers in key segments and support the growth team in prospecting, pipeline creation and revenue generation.
- Work with product to prioritise and launch products most important to our segments.
- Design and implement the business and operational systems and processes that make Reap tick.
- Serve as Reap’s industry expert internally and externally keeping abreast of blockchain, fintech and technology trends and how they impact Reap.
- Work closely with partnerships team in identifying, prioritising and engaging with key ecosystem partners to build Reap reputation and within the industry.
- Perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions for Reap
- Incubate and help run new teams.
- Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency.

- You have experience in a highly strategic, analytical and operational role in fast-paced environments.
- You have a commercial mindset, ideally with direct sales experience closing new business and/or expansion of existing users.
- You have experience in product or project management, taking initiatives from conception to launch.
- You have 3-6 years of experience in consulting, finance, investment banking or comparable role in high growth tech companies.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SQL.
- Computer Science background or affinities.
- Experience in the digital assets or crypto space.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience in strategy consulting or finance.
