The role
As the Business Administration Manager, you will be fully responsible for hiring, recruitment, and grant management. You will be a cornerstone of the company’s processes and administrative needs. You will interact with various teams on strategic projects, including creating offsite events, demonstrations, logistics, customs, budgeting, and procurement.
This role requires extensive growth and requires many responsibilities. Therefore, we’re seeking someone ambitious and excited to grow and apply their problem-solving skills across many distinct areas.

- Self-teach and learn on the job. We are doing something entirely new, so we must find out together and learn.
- Bring new ideas, energy, and independent structures into the company to help us expand clearly and disciplinedly.
- Contribute to the high-level organisational operation and culture via fast-changing strategic and collaborative projects.
- Work in a constantly changing environment while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Confidently operate independently in unfamiliar contexts, seeking external advice and support proactively when needed to drive forward company objectives.
