As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Business Partnership & Alliance Manager to expand our business in US Market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, Build & Nurture strong, sustainable alliances with channel partners / resellers for Leader Group Products/Solutions/Services especially in the US Market
  • Identify opportunities by continuously reviewing the market landscape, identifying & developing partnerships
  • Manage all aspects of business relationship with partners / resellers & others
  • Maintain a solid understanding of target clients’ businesses and their competitors to make recommendations to clients
  • Ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail in order to manage all partners.
  • Make sure that all partners/resellers are compliant with the necessary legal documentation and ensure it is fully completed and signed
  • Stay informed about the important trends in the market.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Must have good knowledge & experience ( > 15 years) in the IT Sector across managing programs, delivery & implementation related to Solutions, Products, Services. Experience should include a minimum of 5+ years of Alliance and Channel Partner Management experience
  • Proven track record in identifying & nurturing partnerships/alliances for selling licenses of software products in the US market
  • Must exhibit excellent business literacy and acumen with the ability to build and articulate joint business value
  • Superior relationship building skills across both internal (marketing, sales, operations etc) and partner stakeholders creating win-win situation for both
  • Representing the brand and interests of Leader Group is paramount
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Graduate Degree in a Technology related field
  • Additional qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is desirable
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
