Your Adventure Ahead

Work closely with the General Manager supporting across various business units and functions (sales/marketing/operations etc.)
Independently manage projects end-to-end including scoping, problem/issue structuring, analysis, and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Define, monitor, and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analyses that lead to actionable insights for continuous improvement
Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed

Essentials to Succeed

3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Excel is a must, SQL/Python is preferred
Highly adaptable, self-driven, and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English
