What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide day-to-day support to employees, customers, and programs regarding agronomy-related technologies.
• Assist sales and operations staff in the effective use of current technology platforms.
• Collaborate with location personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Agvance databases and mobile apps.
• Support the management team with sales reporting and data analysis.
• Oversee customer service standards and ensure consistency in treatment and follow-up with all customers.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Normally requires an associate degree or equivalent, along with 3 years of experience in accounting or previous leadership/management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business analytics and advanced finance principles including statements, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability and willingness to participate in required training related to Hiring Company’s policies and procedures.
• Must be able to travel extensively, independently, and overnight.
