This role will be working on 1-2 projects with state Medicaid agencies, implementing back office support and enabling processes/technical changes to support dental insurance administration. What are the MUST HAVE technologies for this position? 1.Project management software 2. MS Office or similar What are the MUST HAVE Critical Skills for this position? 1. Strong client-facing experience; client-first approach 2.Critical thinking asking the questions others may not think to ask 3.Collaborative; works well with diverse group of individuals in a remote environment What are the NICE TO HAVE technologies? 1.SmartSheet 2.EDI (i.e. 834/837 file exchanges) 3.Data ETL tools The Business Project Manager II leads large scale new business implementations in support of business growth. In some cases, the Business PM II may be asked to participate in, or lead, unique or high-profile business initiatives. The Business PM’s role is to serve as the client liaison for business implementation activities. This person leads the project team, ensure seamless and timely execution of all deliverables, and keep the strategic goals front and center throughout the process. The Business PM II must possess and demonstrate exceptional communication and facilitation skills and effectively manage competing priorities. Additionally, they must also demonstrate an ability to motivate team members, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions to effectively lead the implementation and operational readiness team Primary Job Responsibilities:
