  The Role:
  Business Services Manager

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Review work, mentor, and manage a small team of accountants
  • Managing client’s relationships and assisting them with business and tax advisory
  • Work closely with the Partners on the operations and strategic direction of the firm
  • Engage in strategic project work and business structuring
  • Be a part of the leadership group and partner training program

  The candidate:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • CPA/CA qualified
  • Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Leadership experience with an ability to guide, develop, and inspire a team
  • A commercial mindset 
  • Excellent communication skills
