Business Support Specialist (Remote)

Job description / Role

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Business Support Specialist for their Riyadh office.

Key aspects of the role include:
– Manage and coordinate various corporate functions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
– Support the accounting and finance department by recording financial transactions and assisting audit as required.
– Conduct employee off-boarding, and on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
– Maintain and update employee’s and corporate records.
– Coordinate and support corporate activities including vendor relations, procurement, and office management, and assist in managing corporate projects and programs.
– Prepare presentations and reports for Senior Management.

– Bachelor’s Degree.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.
– Good understanding of KSA corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
– Knowledge of accounting principles, accounting software, and current financial legislation.
– Extremely organized and attention to detail.
