- our client is an international Ingredients distributor
- you have at least 5 years sales experience of Food Ingredient/Not FMCG products
- you have experience in working for distributor
- The job holder primarily oversees the expansion of business with existing customers, as well as the identification and exploration of new markets and customers in the food market in Spain.
- Elaboration and implementation of a commercial policy
- Business analysis by industry/territory to deliver a commercial strategy
- Monitoring of targets by industry/territory
- Negotiation of contracts with customers and suppliers
- Preparation and presentation of annual budget
- Product Managers and Sales Team leadership.
- Monitoring the team performance
- Knowledge of industrial food customers in Spain.
- Technical and commercial knowledge of cereals in all their forms, grains, flours, flakes… will be an asset.
- Customer & supplier relationship management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Portfolio management: Identifying opportunities in the portfolio and supplementing missing product/solution offerings.
- Market / Competition: Conduct in-depth market analyses to understand supplier & customer needs, assess competitive landscapes and identify new opportunities.Act as Product Manager for various product ranges and/or suppliers, taking responsibility for the relationship and purchases with them.

- IFS broker knowledge

- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (fluent in spoken and written) Must have
