We’re excited to announce that Unleash, the leading agency in personal branding for senior leaders, Directors, and CEOs in the Gulf region, is expanding its footprint to Egypt.

As part of this growth, we’re looking for an exceptional C-Suite Content Lead & Ghostwriter to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with top executives, helping shape their digital presence and position them as thought leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with executive clients to understand their voice, values, and goals, creating content strategies that align with their brand.
• Content Creation: Write compelling LinkedIn posts that reflect the client’s leadership, expertise, and insights while capturing their authentic voice.
• Client Engagement: Lead one-on-one conversations with executives to extract key insights and ideas for impactful storytelling.
• Feedback Management: Handle feedback loops professionally, refining content to align with client expectations and deadlines.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Finalize posts, coordinate visual assets, and schedule approved content for optimal engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in ghostwriting or content creation for executives, especially for platforms like LinkedIn.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match diverse voices.
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently in a remote setting.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to handle feedback and build trust with senior clients.
• Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Gulf business culture is a bonus but not required.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Hiring Timeline: We are hiring immediately.
