Our client is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of Roadside Assistant team supporting our members. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Call Center Agent – Membership Sales and Road Assistant

Location: Ontario residents Only (Remote)

Pay Range: $17.50-$18.40 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

What’s the Job?

  • Answer calls within skill-set assigned queues providing timely response to Member inquiries & requests, manage call flow in conjunction with navigating screens.
  • Utilize D3, SAP, CTS & Google Maps to process all service/sales transactions.
  • Provide first call resolution to address all Member concerns and/or discrepancies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking a Member-centric approach to call handling – use appropriate voice and style to engage the Member.
  • Provide appropriate product/service options that are tailored to the needs of Members individually. 
  • Satisfy the service expectations and entitlements of all membership holders.
  • Accountable for Response Tek Survey Results as determined by management.
  • Responsible for adhering to and achieving critical contact center metrics.
  • Diffuse heightened issues by integrating a solutions-oriented approach, that maintains a balance between Member and business needs, to proactively problem solve.
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy while granting exceptions through empowered decision making.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be located in South Central Ontario
  • Able for three week training on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • Able to work overnight shift after training
  • Need to be available Monday to Friday and every second weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills – interpersonal, phone etiquette, active listening/empathy, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills- multi-tasking
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Southern Ontario/ Manitoba
  • Strong PC skills including the use of Windows, Email, Skype, Google Maps
  • Able to pass backcheck and credit check
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

What’s in it for me?

  • Available for three week training on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • Able to work overnight shift (9pm to 6am) after training
  • 37.5 hours weekly
  • Paid weekly, every Friday
  • Six month contract and become permanent role after six month
  • Laptop Unit/ Desktop Unit is provided
