Only experienced Customer Service Agent’s with solid experience at a credit or debit card company, who can load money onto cards, understands how to do credit checks, can answer fraud questions with solid experience working for a card company in finance based in Dubai will be contacted for this post. Candidates must work Wednesday to Sunday 13.00pm to 21.00pm for this post.
We are seeking an experienced Platinum Cardholder Customer Service Agent to join a successful debit/credit card company working from home based in Dubai. In this exciting travel role, you will be instrumental in delivering a superior client experience for clients exclusive cardholders, providing support and guidance on all aspects of our clients Platinum card services. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability to address diverse client needs, from general inquiries to fraud prevention.

Platinum Cardholder Customer Service Agent Duties:
- Client Support: Provide high-quality assistance to cardholders via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries about card usage, transaction processes, and account features.
- Account and Card Management: Load funds onto cards, manage client account settings, and assist with card activation, deactivation, and fund transfers.
- Due Diligence (DDI) and Compliance Checks: Conduct initial verification checks, identity verification (KYC), and due diligence for new clients, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Fraud Detection and Prevention: Monitor and respond to potentially fraudulent activities on client accounts, collaborating with compliance and security teams as necessary.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve technical issues related to online account access, transaction discrepancies, and other service concerns.
- Client Support: Provide high-quality assistance to cardholders via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries about card usage, transaction processes, and account features.
- Account and Card Management: Load funds onto cards, manage client account settings, and assist with card activation, deactivation, and fund transfers.
Platinum Cardholder Customer Service Agent – Essential Requirements:
- Customer Service experience from a card holder credit/debit card company.
- Happy to work remotely on this shift pattern – Wednesday to Sunday 13.00pm to 21.00pm
- Specialized knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury brands
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outgoing yet discreet
- Comfortable and confident in successfully handling tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Fast typing skills.
- Well-versed in English – knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic, Spanish or Russian is a plus.
