What We Want:

● 3 years minimum of freight brokerage experience.

● High energy personality.

● Comfortable with Multi Tasking.

● Acumen for pricing Truckload freight.

What You Will Do:

● Establishing and growing relationships with carrier partners to service our customers’

needs while providing best in class service.

● With experience, your earning potential increases along with growing your carrier

relationships and volume and capacity.

● Collaborating with the customer sales team to provide pricing.

● Work with the sales team for RFQ/RFP bids.

Responsibilities:

● Focus on building new relationships with carrier partners across the country, Canada,

and Mexico.

● Manage the carrier partners that you identified.

● Sharpen your relationship building and customer service skills alongside your carrier

team and manager.

● Build internal relationships with the sales team to find the best solutions for our

customers.

● Emphasize service-you will be measured on KPI’s like on time deliveries, proactive

tracking (automated), and outbound calls.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree is preferred with an emphasis on business or a related field.

● Eager to contribute to a high energy entrepreneurial environment and team. You

will build your career alongside a team of your peers.

● A strong worth ethic is essential. If hard work does not come naturally to you,

this might not be a good fit.

● Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done over

the phone, through email, and video calls.

● Able and excited to build relationships with a wide variety of people. You will

have fun talking to truck drivers, dispatchers, and business leaders alike.
