Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure category sourcing strategies.
* Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor selection.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement frameworks.
* Collaborate with business owners to align procurement activities with future demand.
* Develop and track KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and achieve 20% cost reduction within 12 months.
* Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
* Provide procurement advisory to internal stakeholders on category trends, benchmarks, and suppliers.
* Manage the procurement budget and ensure effective use of resources.
* Lead and develop the procurement team, setting performance objectives and promoting a high-performance culture.
