Your responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute the daily business of the Category Operations Assistants, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standard processes by setting clear goals and tracking performance.
• Drive the development and improvement of performance KPIs, ensuring continual enhancements with the Order Creation and Delivery and Article Management.
• Challenge and improve existing operational processes, identifying areas for increased automation and efficiency.
• Proactively identify and engage with stakeholders within and outside Supply, considering their interests and potential impact on work, and involve them in decision-making processes.
• Share information and updates proactively, keeping team members informed and maintaining positive and productive relationships.
• Organize workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and prioritized accordingly
• Take ownership and demonstrate responsibility towards tasks assigned to you and your team, ensuring successful completion.
• Provide and seek feedback, maintaining calm under pressure, managing energy, and taking care of physical and mental well-being.
• Support the recruitment, growth, and development of team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Influence and drive the collective efforts of other Operational Managers, ensuring coordinated efforts and strategic alignment across teams.

Your Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of experience in operational process execution and process improvements, ideally in Operations, Fashion Management, or Retail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, successfully managing and leading teams to achieve operational goals.
• A driven and continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of implementing effective process improvements.
• Comfortable with numbers, using data to identify root causes, understand problems, and build strong arguments to convince others.
• Extensive experience in working with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Possession of a Six Sigma or any process improvement certification is a significant advantage.
