Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent short-cycle CP projects, primarily involving the installation of CP systems at convenience stores, with budgets ranging from (10K to )50K.
- Select, negotiate, and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of CP testing, installation, and maintenance services.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance protocols to guarantee projects are completed on time and within established parameters.
- Identify, assess, and resolve potential risks while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and industry standards.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cathodic protection, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
- NACE certifications (CP1, CP2, CP3, or CP4) are desirable but not mandatory; minimal engineering knowledge is required.
- Proven expertise in managing remote teams and projects efficiently.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in data management, invoicing, and reporting.
Qualifications
- A degree in project management or an engineering discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical) is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Candidates must reside in the continental U.S., with preferred locations including Austin, TX; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX; Elgin, IL; or Mount Laurel, NJ, although flexibility is offered.

- Competitive salary ranging from (65,000 to )95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
