This remote position allows you to shape the future of medicine by fostering crucial relationships within the biopharma, academic, and government sectors across the Central territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships, providing support for ongoing and future initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to optimize the sales process, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Deliver precise forecasts and insights regarding new revenue opportunities, projecting revenue for both the quarterly and annual periods.
• Effectively manage and document all sales activities and pipeline data using our CRM system.

Required Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in client-facing sales roles within the life sciences industry, preferably in the biopharma sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of molecular and cell biology, including familiarity with workflows related to biotherapeutics such as gene editing and CAR-T therapies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement territory and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• An MSc or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Experience in CMO/CDMO sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with supporting clinical programs and GMP manufacturing is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: (125,000-)175,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
• This position is eligible for bonus and incentive pay.
