Change Management Specialist In Global Projects (Remote)

Your Contribution

• Co-create and implement future change management roadmaps and regional plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize their resistance (and act as sparring’s partner for global change lead).
• Ensure that above initiatives meet program & projects portfolio objectives – according to the global & regional plans, time & stakeholders’ needs (drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of global program’s results and outcomes)
• Build strong relations with projects’ stakeholders & manage them in a systematic & efficient way (various levels of management, including top leadership)
• Proactively partnering in change & program communication coordination (from plan to adoption)
• Support the CM & PMO Teams in coordination of senior project leadership and upper management alignments, meetings & workshops

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of working experience with strategic transformation programs & global change management initiatives (ideally IT SAP or other ERP surrounding).
• Career background in a corporate environment consultancy, or multi-national agency
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, in addition the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Team player and be able to work collaboratively with and through others.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Acute business acumen, and an understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
• Hands-on and “get things done” personality.
• Advanced skills of Microsoft Tools
