Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead and guide teams through the Change Management processes(currently for NJ market but later will be more)
• Responsible for risks and impact analysis of changes in collaboration with dev and product teams
• Authorise and approve delivery of our products according to change management procedures
• Regular review and improvement of the Change Management processes in close collaboration with Compliance and Development teams (Continuously evaluate the existing Change Management Process and ways of working, identify the areas of improvement and enhancements to the process and escalate them accordingly;)
• Development of the Change Management process for new regulator’s requirements in close collaboration with Compliance and Development teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards within the change preparation and delivery process;
• Oversee that all changes are documented in the release tracking system in a timely and appropriate manner and all stakeholders are notified about them according to internal and external expectations;
• Plan and schedule changes according to the internal roadmap and policy;
• Escalate the case to management if an unauthorized change is discovered;
• Conduct daily reports(or monitoring) on Change Management activities;
• Responsible for gathering, monitoring, and analyzing metrics related to Change Management
• Participate in assessments of the change delivery process and provide assistance with the implementation of the practices best suited for each product;
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and collaborators of the Change Management Process on the principles, requirements and expectations of the process and its derivatives.
• Assist Compliance with Change Management reports and with the implementation of CM Regulatory Programs for NL, UK, ES, PT.
• Provide Change Management data for relevant audits

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in Change Management within tech and product is a must
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence to complete daily tasks
• Capable of working both independently and with teams
• Previous experience in Project Management in tech or compliance would be a plus.
