As the Change Manager, you will play a critical role within the Transformation Office. You will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of organizational changes associated with strategic transformation initiatives. This role works collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to design, implement, and sustain change strategies that minimize resistance, enhance employee engagement, and build change capability within the organization.

About the Opportunity:

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to transformation initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify and address potential challenges
  • Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and align change initiatives with business objectives
  • Identify and analyse stakeholders to tailor engagement strategies
  • Build strong relationships with sponsors, project teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment and support for change efforts
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and impacted groups
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication plans to increase awareness and understanding of change initiatives
  • Partner with training teams to create and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and enable smooth transitions
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational values
  • Create and maintain a detailed change management plan and roadmap
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into project plans
  • Implement strategies to manage resistance and foster adoption across the organization
  • Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and sustainability metrics
  • Identify risks and issues related to change efforts and develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular updates to the Transformation Management Forum (ELT) on the progress of change initiatives
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and best practices for managing change
  • Lead efforts to build organizational change management capability
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements. 

Your Background:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Change for large-scale transformation projects or initiatives
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical skills to assess organizational impacts and design tailored strategies
  • Expertise in crafting and delivering engaging communications and training materials.
