Channel Sales Manager | Jackery | Germany
The Channel Sales Manager is expected to focus on expanding business opportunities by establishing genuine, mutually beneficial, and win-win long-term relationships with potential and aligned client partners such as channel distributors and retailers, contributing significantly to the Jackery’s revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and Dissect Annual Sales Targets: Develop annual sales targets for the designated country and outline the pathways to achieve them. Craft corresponding marketing strategies and resource plans aligned with these targets, implement them in phases, and provide feedback to ensure target attainment.
- Develop National Product Roadmap: Establish a national product map based on market competition dynamics, ensuring product launches and the achievement of related financial objectives.
- Channel Planning and Development: Oversee the planning and establishment of the channel system in the designated country, including dealer and agent development. Formulate and implement cooperation plans, and analyze and manage the channel network.
- Manage Sales Targets for Distributors and Retailers: Establish and achieve sales targets for sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out for distributors and retailers.
- Collaborate on Integrated Marketing Plans: Work with channel clients to develop integrated marketing plans, manage pricing and incentive systems, and maintain healthy partnerships.
Desired Qualities
- Experience: 5 or more years of experience in the renewable energy industry, familiar with the local market and sales channels, having established channel relationships is preferred.
- Channel Expansion Expertise: Familiarity with theories related to channel expansion and extensive experience in pioneering new channels, with the ability to identify key success factors for different types of channels.
- Customer Development and Management: Demonstrated ability to independently develop and manage clients, coupled with excellent business negotiation skills.
