What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine engaging conversational flows for AI systems.
  • Support the migration from our existing legacy bot platform to Google Dialogflow and AI Agent builder.
  • Employ no-code/low-code techniques to rapidly build and deploy internal and external chatbots across various business functions.
  • Write clear and natural dialogue scripts that guide users through various interactions.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and ensure user-centric design.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track chatbot usage, effectiveness, and impact on business outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine conversation designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
  • Iterate conversation designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversation design and AI technologies.
  • Regularly analyze chatbot data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversation flows, knowledge base content, and overall user experience.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in designing the chatbots.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in conversation design, UX writing, or related roles.
  • Very good knowledge related to prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting user behavior and engagement data to inform design decisions.
  • Very Good communication skills.
