With the market picking up rapidly, we are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our leadership team and drive our next phase of growth.

Job Overview:

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at LIFEPOWR, you will play a critical role in outlining and implementing our commercial growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the commercial team and ensure the company is well-positioned to capitalize on market opportunities as we scale. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, team-building, key account management, business development, and marketing to help LIFEPOWR expand its reach and reinforce its market position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth:

  • Develop and execute LIFEPOWR’s commercial growth strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Identify markets, opportunities, and risks to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the commercial strategy aligns with company goals, and provide insights on scaling in new markets and industries.

2. Team Building & Recruitment:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team, including sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
  • Play a hands-on role in recruiting key personnel to support LIFEPOWR’s growth ambitions.
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative commercial culture.

3. Key Account Management:

  • Lead and oversee strategic partnerships, ensuring key partners are fully engaged and delivering their maximum potential.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their goals.

4. Business Development:

  • Drive business development activities to secure new key partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Identify and close strategic deals that align with LIFEPOWR’s vision and contribute to long-term growth.
  • Develop and expand relationships with industry stakeholders to stay ahead of market changes.

5. Marketing & Branding:

  • Lead the company’s marketing efforts to enhance LIFEPOWR’s brand image, market presence, and industry perception.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including branding, public relations, digital marketing, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Ensure that LIFEPOWR is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the energy sector.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales, or a similar commercial leadership role, preferably in the energy, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong experience in building and leading commercial teams.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management, business development, and partnership management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Familiarity with energy markets, renewable energy technologies, or energy management systems is a strong advantage.
  • A passion for innovation, sustainability, and driving positive change in the energy sector.
