General Description:

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the growth and execution of TLCx’ sales, marketing and client services departments, fueling TLCx’s revenue growth as it continues to grow. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and renewal targets, with responsibility for all new business, account expansion and client management. This executive will collaborate with senior leadership in determining and driving the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the company

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team and key internal stakeholders to align the sales and marketing efforts to the company’s strategic vision, maximize TLCx’s commercial footprint globally, and drive performance.
  • Ensure the right team, strategy, approach and capabilities are in place to maximize the commercial footprint on a global basis.
  • Develop, refine and execute a go-to-market strategy by analyzing current state, assessing TLCx’s opportunities to improve, and innovate to ensure predictable, repeatable and scalable results that drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
  • Leverage existing high-level relationships with BPO industry players to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, contract opportunities, and innovative business solutions.
  • Own and drive the capture and proposal process for key opportunities, including building the right teaming strategies and developing winning proposals
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings with potential clients and partners.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualification/Skill requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • At least 15 years of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships experience within the BPO services industry.
  • Possess extensive relationships within the industry and a proven track record of leveraging those relationships to drive revenue, as well as the ability to forge new partnerships.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
