Chief Javascript Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a Chief JavaScript Developer to join our remote team. As a Chief JavaScript Developer, you will lead a team of developers in feature development and fee implementation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop solutions that meet business requirements and provide technical leadership. Your role will involve assisting with code reviews, mentorship to junior developers, managing project timelines and deliverables, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience in JavaScript and ReactJS development
• Experience leading a team of developers and managing project timelines and deliverables (at least 2 years)
• ReactJS, Redux, StyledComponents, Tailwind knowledge
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Experience with Rest APIs, GraphQL
• Strong testing skills (UT, IT, AT)
• Able to work in a continuous delivery / devops context
• Excellent English communication skills, with a minimum of B2+ level proficiency

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Platform
• Java, Kotlin, Spring knowledge
