We are looking for a rockstar full-time Chief of Staff to work closely with Cozymeal’s CEO. This is a high-potential role with the opportunity to grow into a C-Level position at the company. The position will have an immediate impact on Cozymeal’s growth and productivity by leading and streamlining strategic initiatives and overseeing business operations. Identify customer acquisition projects with the greatest impact and ROI for the company. find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them. Refine existing KPIs and define new KPIs to keep track of the most important metrics contributing to the company’s overall success, from demand (customer demand) to supply (partners such as chefs, food tour guides, and sommeliers) to operations (customer support and partner operations). Work with the finance and accounting teams to ensure the company’s books are up-to-date and to identify opportunities to improve business performance. Bachelor’s in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering, or a related field. ~ MBA or graduate degree is a plus. ~4+ years of experience in management consulting required. ~ Work anywhere in the world (we are a 100% remote team).
