Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and creating new revenue opportunities? Do you want to be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare accessibility? If so, NowPatient is looking for you to join us as our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
As the CRO, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our global business expansion and financial strategy. About the Role
In this high-impact role, you will drive all aspects of revenue generation at NowPatient, leading initiatives across sales, marketing, business development, and financial planning. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead efforts to expand our global reach, with a specific focus on partnerships in the pharmaceutical sector and leveraging cutting-edge health tech solutions for virtual clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a revenue strategy that aligns with NowPatient’s global growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with pharmaceutical organizations to create new business opportunities.
- Establish scalable revenue streams through innovative sales approaches and strategic market entry.
Sales Leadership & Financial Oversight
- Lead sales and business development teams to meet revenue goals and close high-value deals.
- Oversee the financial aspects of sales, including forecasts, pricing models, and revenue targets.
- Leverage data to drive informed decisions, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Development
- Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies for market positioning and customer acquisition.
- Guide product teams to capitalize on commercial opportunities with innovative health solutions.
- Train and mentor sales teams in best practices and strategic account management.
Customer Success & Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Use customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the leadership team.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment between revenue goals and financial health.
Innovation & Market Expansion
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
- Lead the integration of AI and other innovative technologies to position NowPatient as a market leader.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with the strategic mindset and expertise to drive NowPatient’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a healthcare-related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven senior leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue generation, preferably in healthcare or tech.
- Strong financial acumen, with a background in sales operations and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with product and operations teams.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of the healthcare, public procurement, or pharmaceutical industries is essential.
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
