We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the company’s technology vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives to drive innovation and growth.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
• Product Development: Oversee the design and development of scalable and secure financial technology products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards.
• Emerging Technologies: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
• Architecture and Infrastructure: Direct the architecture and infrastructure of technology systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure technology initiatives align with overall business goals.
• Risk Management: Work closely with security teams to assess risks and vulnerabilities, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for technology-related discussions with the board, investors, and other stakeholders, providing insights into technology strategy and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing processes and tools to enhance overall technology efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CTO or equivalent in the FinTech sector.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software development, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, and cybersecurity principles.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the FinTech industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: AED35,000.00 – AED50,000.00 per month
