What’s the Role?

As our CTO, you’ll be at the helm of Syncytium’s technology transformation. You’ll guide us in delivering innovative, secure, and scalable solutions that make a tangible impact on healthcare outcomes worldwide.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of deploying and supporting EMR, PMS, and other healthcare tech solutions.
• Expertise in cloud and storage solutions, with a strong grasp of private cloud management.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and creating cost-effective tech strategies.
• Advanced technical planning and delivery skills for scalable, impactful projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Industry certifications (e.g.ITIL, AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and monitoring systems.
