Key Responsibilities:
1- Cinematic Animation: Create and animate high-quality, professional cinematic sequences for games, films, or other visual content.
2- Lighting and Rendering: Design and implement lighting techniques that enhance the mood and atmosphere of scenes, ensuring optimal visual quality and performance.
3- Post-Processing: Apply post-processing effects such as color grading, motion blur, depth of field, and ambient occlusion to enhance visual storytelling.
4- Animation Optimization: Ensure animations run smoothly and efficiently, focusing on performance optimization without sacrificing quality.
5- Collaboration: Work closely with the art, design, and technical teams to align on visual goals and maintain consistency in the final output.
6- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and solve technical animation and lighting issues throughout the production process.
7- Project Management: Organize and manage animation projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high visual standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in cinematic animation, post-processing, and lighting in a professional environment.
2- Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in industry-standard animation and rendering tools (e.g., #Maya, #3ds_Max, #Blender, #Unreal_Engine, *Unity, #Adobe_After_Effects, etc.).
3- Cinematic Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling, visually engaging cinematic sequences through dynamic animation and camera work.
4- Post-Processing Mastery: Deep understanding of post-production techniques, including color correction, visual effects, and image optimization.
5- Lighting Techniques: Proficiency in lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to enhance the realism and aesthetic of scenes.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring all visual elements are polished and consistent.
6- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt to creative direction.
