Employment:

Full Time

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia working on large scale developments. They require a Civil Consultant who will advise the client on all civil maintenance issues. This will include
Support and oversee Civil maintenance tasks
Develop forward maintenance registers for civil assets
Oversee renovation and project work
Ensuring service provider complies with regulatory compliance in regards to H&S and building codes.
Carry out assessments of existing infrastructure (roofs, drainage, walkways, walls etc

Requirements:

A degree in Civil Engineering
A proven track record of managing civil maintenance on large scale estates/Developments in the Middle East
Able to manage service providers monitoring KPI’s/SLAs
Excellent communication skills
Able to present ideas to stakeholders
