What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the subject matter expert in customer operations for benefit administration, claims, pharmacy issues, and enrollment
• Handle high-level or executive escalations, providing resolution and identifying root causes
• Perform routine and complex servicing of operational issues for providers, members, and brokers
• Follow up on member engagement surveys to enhance service quality
• Collaborate with leadership to implement processes supporting easy-to-do-business-with initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, health plan claims, marketing, pharmacy tech, or sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify trends in service issues
