The Client:
Our client is a situated in a quiet suburb outside the CBD and are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth. The office, boasts an extremely impressive retention of staff which can only be put down to the excellent work/life balance and inviting and warm office environment.

This is an end to end claims role and has a degree of autonomy but working well in a team will be key to being successful at this firm.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of strata property claims 
• Maintenance of all claims files in an orderly and up to date manner
• Ensuring that all client claims enquiries and concerns are managed and resolved satisfactorily
• Negotiation with third parties and solicitors
• Ensuring that claims management processes are adhered to and reviewed to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered
• Building ongoing broker and client relationships is key 

About You:

• Experience within claims handling; commercial property, strata or complex domestic claims 
• Impeccable levels of client service 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Articulate with a strong attention to detail and information gathering
• Good time management and ability to prioritise your work 
• Computer Literate 
• Team player
