We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to expand our client base in the US market. The candidate must have experience as in Staffing and Recruitment industry. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and managing key aspects of the business development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing seamless communication from lead handoff by the appointment setter to successful client onboarding.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep clients engaged and confident in our services.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Research and identify prospective businesses across various US industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) that can benefit from our staffing solutions.
  • Initiate contact through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, including HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and executives.

Initial Client Meetings & Consultative Approach

  • Schedule and lead initial discussions with clients to assess their staffing needs and understand their business objectives.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with client expectations and highlight the value of our services.
  • Develop compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations to address client requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant by offering insights and positioning ProntoDigital as a solutions-driven partner.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to acquire and retain clients in the staffing industry.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to service delivery.

Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market demands to refine business strategies.
  • Continuously enhance outreach techniques and sales approaches based on market insights and client feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in business development, client management, or sales, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry, with a focus on the US market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with staffing requirements across various sectors.
  • Outreach Expertise: Proficiency in email and LinkedIn outreach, with experience in data-driven prospecting strategies.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of successfully sourcing and closing new business deals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivation: Independent and proactive, with strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with identity verification or recruitment processes is an added advantage.
