Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist US & Domestic Markets
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients in both the US and Domestic Markets. This position requires an individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify high-potential leads within the US and Domestic markets.
- Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, industry events) to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce the company’s offerings and assess the needs of prospective clients.
- Build rapport with decision-makers at potential client organizations, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients by providing consultative sales support and demonstrating the value of the company’s services/products.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments within the US and Domestic markets.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns targeting potential clients in these markets.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expand the client base through innovative sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful onboarding of new clients.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and client information within the company’s CRM system.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, lead conversions, and acquisition performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
- Close deals and successfully transition new clients to the implementation or account management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques, with a focus on the US and Domestic markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving performance-based goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome client objections.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
