Client Agent Success Executive (Remote)

The Client & Agent Success Executive is responsible for managing virtual assistants (VAs) and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes onboarding VAs, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and VAs. The role also involves generating reports, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting internal operations.

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

• VA Management & Onboarding{{:}}

• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate VA onboarding.
• Conduct 1{{:}}1 meetings, monitor productivity, and manage attendance and time-off requests.
• Handle performance evaluations, payment disputes, and separation processes.

• Conduct performance reviews with clients and address concerns.
• Provide weekly VA productivity reports and handle new client requests.

• Maintain org charts, update SOPs, and support dashboard maintenance.
• Attend weekly meetings and create monthly internal newsletters.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing VAs and client relationships.
• Proficiency in HR software, project management tools, and report generation.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Experience in performance evaluations, productivity monitoring, and SOP creation.
• A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Availability to work US business hours.
