About The Role
As a Client Experience Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless, personalized, and satisfying journey with our company. Your ability to listen, solve, and deliver results will be the cornerstone of our exceptional support experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with clients: Provide timely and efficient support through chat, email, or voice channels, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction
- Resolve inquiries: Tackle client questions and concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Master the tools: Leverage support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk to streamline client interactions and offer valuable insights
- Drive improvement: Identify recurring issues and collaborate on refining our processes to enhance client experiences
- Team synergy: Work alongside a supportive and innovative team, sharing insights and contributing to overall client satisfaction
Your Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (a plus)
- Proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data and reporting
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred)
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Tech Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop with reliable hardware
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for upload and download
