Effective Client Service Reps for Two Sisters Maid to Clean should possess empathy, patience, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, high energy and a positive attitude, attention to detail teamwork, time management, conflict resolution skills and tech-savviness.
- Fielding inbound sales calls, messages, emails and leads
- Creating and providing quotes by phone, email, and text message
- Quote follow-up via call, text message, and email
- Documenting Customer Preferences and requirements to deliver excellent service
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
- Ability to emotionally connect with customers and understand their needs
- Notify customers of changes to the schedule that impact them
- Engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to provide an outstanding client experience
- Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Inside/inbound sales experience
- 2 Monitors, Internet Service and Computer
- Quiet Environment/ Noise Cancelling Headset
- Customer service skills
- Experience with Google Drive, Ring Central a plus
- Experience working for a service based cleaning business a plus
- Computer skills
- Quality typing skills
- Phone skills
- Effective time and priority management
Results Expected:
100% of quote requests completed the same day.
100% of quotes and bookings entered into CRM.
100% of quotes actively nurtured.

We are looking for someone to work Monday 8am-5pm cst.
