Effective Client Service Reps for Two Sisters Maid to Clean should possess empathy, patience, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, high energy and a positive attitude, attention to detail teamwork, time management, conflict resolution skills and tech-savviness.

• Fielding inbound sales calls, messages, emails and leads
• Creating and providing quotes by phone, email, and text message
• Quote follow-up via call, text message, and email
• Documenting Customer Preferences and requirements to deliver excellent service
• Problem-solving and creative thinking
• Ability to emotionally connect with customers and understand their needs
• Notify customers of changes to the schedule that impact them
• Engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to provide an outstanding client experience
• Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Inside/inbound sales experience
• 2 Monitors, Internet Service and Computer
• Quiet Environment/ Noise Cancelling Headset
• Customer service skills
• Experience with Google Drive, Ring Central a plus
• Experience working for a service based cleaning business a plus
• Computer skills
• Quality typing skills
• Phone skills
• Effective time and priority management

Results Expected:

100% of quote requests completed the same day.

100% of quotes and bookings entered into CRM.

100% of quotes actively nurtured.
