At Zoomcat, we believe in the power of creativity backed up with frequent training about platforms’ best practices and design & content trends. Working with both local and global clients, agencies and platforms, we have recently become TikTok Creative Partner!

Role overview

We are looking for a detail oriented Client Partner to join our team. You’ll work closely with our global and local clients to ensure their needs are understood, briefed well, and projects are delivered on time at a high level of quality. You’ll be offering solutions to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue. You’ll be responsible from planning the project, delegating the tasks to project team members, supervising them and ensuring marketing objectives are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in-class service to our customers through project management.
• Build strong relationships with partners, advertisers and agencies.
• Resolve customer concerns and requests efficiently.
• Communicate with client teams to understand the project goals and requirements and translate them to the internal teams.
• Scheduling and leading project kick off meetings along with frequent check-ins.
• Encourage sales among current and new clients by developing account strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary.
• Double-checking all project deliverables for accuracy.
• Be a team player who supports the larger team and in situations of ambiguity, seizes the chance to take the initiative.

Capabilities & Experience

• Excellent communicator, fluent in English
• Have experience working directly with digital marketing, media and/or advertising companies
• Must be detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate client briefs to internal designer teams 
• Comfortable leading calls and meetings with existing and new partners and clients
• Have a solid understanding of client objectives and prepare proposals that meet their needs
• Ability to understand the main drivers of creative performance and come up with recommendations to improve results
• Ability to see opportunities for upsell
• University degree
• Fluency in social media platforms is a plus
