Job Title: Client Partner – Workforce Solutions
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. This role is integral to our mission of fostering the next generation of leadership and scaling our national contingent labor programs, whether managed internally by clients or through strategic partnerships with Managed Services Providers and Vendor Management Systems. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our workforce solution, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your efforts will center on increasing our footprint, market share, and client satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in account farming and business expansion, particularly in delivering innovative workforce solutions that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services
- Build strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver solutions that address their evolving workforce needs, leveraging the company’s suite of services
- Work closely with recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
- Track and analyze account performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize client satisfaction and drive growth
- Collect market intelligence on client trends, key initiatives, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape to support informed decision-making and sustain a competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales and client management, with a proven track record of driving business expansion
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales within the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of workforce solutions industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging business leaders and executives
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
