Job Summary
Moris Media is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Executive to join our team in the Kashmir region. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with our clients, managing ongoing partnerships, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the entire process. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our innovative moCal product, and managing relationships to ensure long-term success. With a mix of in-office and remote work, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading digital marketing agency, helping clients achieve their marketing goals through cutting-edge solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value of Moris Media’s offerings, particularly the moCal product.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure all client needs are met within the scope of services offered.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly assess client satisfaction, track campaign performance, and generate reports to present to clients, suggesting improvements and next steps.
Primary Skills
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client needs, address issues efficiently, and develop practical solutions.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Moris Media’s services and a basic knowledge of moCal.
- Excellent client-facing skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or relationship management, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
