We are looking for an experienced relationship manager, who is passionate about enhancing our customer experience and dedicated to fostering a positive business member’s experience. Your role
- Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing business member’s by providing exceptional support service, listening to their requirements, and addressing their concerns.
- Act as the key point of contact for new and existing business member’s.
- Engaging business owners, ceos, directors, new businesses through cold calling to engage them as business member.
- Collaborate across departments such as sales, marketing and analyst, operations, business relations to ensure that the business member’s needs are being met.
- Generate new business and revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Planning and execution of different online / offline activities for regular engagement of business members
Your responsibilities
- Identify business member’s demands and develop strategies to meet them.
- Appointment of new business member’s and completing their documentation
- Find key personnel in different companies to establish profitable relationships.
- Approach potential customers to cultivate fruitful relationships.
- Support high-quality sales, supply and business service operations.
Required skills and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, client management or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and can analyse data and market trends to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrate empathy and manage conflicts effectively.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Possess a sense of customer service.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles like customer service or sales.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Customer Experience Professional.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
