About The Role

As a Client Service Administrator, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional client experiences while providing vital support to our advice team.

You’ll be the first point of contact, managing calls, emails, and key admin processes with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll also support our Financial Planners by managing diaries and helping prepare for meetings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and communications, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Processing client paperwork with efficiency, ensuring precision in every administrative task.
  • Onboarding new clients and setting up accounts with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Preparing client documents for meetings, compiling post-meeting summaries, and maintaining accurate records within our back-office system.
  • Managing financial planners’ diaries and schedules, ensuring that review meetings run smoothly and on time.
  • Maintaining and updating our key investment platforms and back-office systems to ensure they are always well-organised and up-to-date.

Essential Requirements

  • UK-based: Must reside in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience: At least three years in an administrative role within a financial advice firm.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools.
  • Positive Attitude: A willingness to contribute, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage tasks effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to learning, professional growth, and personal development.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Values Alignment: You share our commitment to integrity, excellence, reliability, respect, collaboration, and commercial awareness.

Desirable Preferences

  • Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
  • Location: Ideally based near the South West of the UK for occasional meet-ups (every 3–6 months).
  • Systems Knowledge: It is advantageous to be familiar with systems such as Fundment, Timeline, Voyant, ChatGPT, Moneyinfo, CashCalc, or Wealthbox.
  • Education: A strong academic background is preferred but not essential.

What’s Included

  • £26,000 – £30,000 salary, based on experience.
  • Up to 10% performance-based bonus.
  • Wellbeing allowance of 4% of salary.
  • 32 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays), plus extra days for long service and your birthday.

  • Fully remote role, with occasional in-person meet-ups in the South West of England.
